How Do Your Programs Work?

We have two ways we work.  1. MVP Program and 2. Custom Quote/Retainer. In each case the pricing and format is the same. Each client contracts for a specific number of hours and types of services. These services are outlined and charged monthly over the course of your time with us. Clients are advised during the course of their program of their time usage and how it is being utilized.

What Can I Do With The Hours I Purchase?

You can use your purchased time however you wish for all non-physical product services. (ie. Print fulfillment, stock photography, plugins, hosting etc.) Any hard costs associated with your project will be billed separately from the company of origin.  The services you can use your hours for are: Consulting, Graphic Design, Web Development, Social Media Management, and Business Development.

What Are My Long-Term Costs?

On-going costs will be based on the services required for your project. Some projects utilize plugins and services that require monthly or annual fees from third-party vendors. For hosting clients with Adopt A Press, costs tend to range from about 80/yr to 1,000+/yr depending on level of hosting and service contract. All on-going costs will be outlined and approved by the client before commitment.

What If I Need On-going Assistance?

That is what we want to do, help along the way.  There is no obligation after your program or contract to continue with RedShift. We do offer MVP Maintenance contracts as well as on-going retainer contracts designed specifically for each client. You tell us how was can help and we will seek to accommodate your needs. We accept monthly contracts starting at 4 hrs per month.  These contracts receive a 10% discount on the official house rate at the time of commitment.

What Are My Payment Options?

We accept all major credit cards at payment for services. If you must use a company check or PO then you will simply specify that at the time of contract.  We also finance our projects up to 4 months past their planned termination. We do this as a courtesy to clients at 0% interest. We offer convenient monthly payments scaled to your project needs. Invoices will be sent monthly on the 1st of the month and each client has 15 business days to pay their invoice without any additional fees.
